Holiday World is one huge leisure complex. In fact, it is the largest funfair in the Canary Islands, with all the facilities typical of such venues. The panoramic wheel, a roller-coaster, a magic mirror area, a merry-go-round and an area of inflatable items are the highlights of the funfair as such, though the park also boasts of a comprehensive bowling area which consists of bowling alleys and a club, being, at the same time, in charge with organizing sundry bowling-related events (tournaments and the like). Several restaurants and bars add to the list of incentives for visiting the park. All in all, Holiday World yields a top leisure option in a resort already overwhelmed by such opportunities, namely, Maspalomas.
The Antonio Padron House Museum was founded in the honor of Antonio Padron, an artist who has created and worked in sundry fields of art.
Located in close proximity to Maspalomas, Mundo Aborigen provides an interactive insight into the way the ancient inhabitant of Gran Canaria used to live.
All that is implied in the traditional wine making in Gran Canaria can now be understood by visiting the Museum of Wine, an edifice located in Santa Brigida
